The Career Center connects students from the School of Economics and Business in Ljubljana with the business world and helps them develop and upgrade the necessary employability skills. On the other hand, it helps organizations promote their employer brand and introduces them to the most suitable candidates. Through various innovative activities, the Career Center encourages, connects and supports employers, students and graduates of the School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana.

Delo mene išče is the biggest recruiting event at the School of Economics and Business in Ljubljana. Companies have an excellent opportunity to present themselves to students and find young talents.

Employer branding is becoming an increasingly important part of the organization’s strategy, as it helps companies recruit better candidates, reduce recruitment and marketing costs, and improve overall productivity. However, employer branding starts with students.

Career partnership is the highest form of strategic cooperation in the career development of students of the School of Economics and Business, Ljubljana University, and the search for young associates. The primary goal of the cooperation is to promote the brand among students.

Among other activities, the cooperation includes:
