This program is a great opportunity to support you in your application to BCG Budapest. The Academy offers THREE exciting workshops led by BCG senior leaders. It is designed to help you prepare for the interviews, including having mock interviews conducted by a BCG mentor. It will also ensure that you will meet some of our senior leaders, who will share their perspectives on diversity and other prime BCG topics. 

This Program is for you if you: 

  • have always wanted to be a BCGer and you need some help to be well-prepared.
  • have an excellent academic background and you also have some professional experience.
  • are a fluent speaker of either Hungarian, Serbian, Romanian, Slovenian or Croatian.
  • are going to apply to BCG Budapest for an Internship or Full-Time position in 2023.

Please note that this is a screened program, therefore, we require a CV from you to apply to the Women Academy.

The Kearney Women’s Scholarship Program is open to female citizens or permanent residents of a Central Eastern European country who are university students in or between their second year of undergrad and final year of graduate study.
 
The recipient will be provided with the following:
  • Up to €10,000 to be used to support either their next year of study or other education-related activities
  • Mentorship from a senior female consultant
  • A 10-week internship in one of our Central Eastern European offices (Bucharest, Ljubljana, Prague, Zagreb, or Warsaw)
  • Access to all in-house training
Qualifications
  • Excellent knowledge of English and one of the local languages of Central Eastern Europe: Croatian, Czech, Polish, Romanian, Serbian, Slovak, or Slovenian (Proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus.)
  • Proven record of academic excellence
  • International experience (work or study)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities
  • Forward-thinking and collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

V GEN-I smo z namenom, da uspešno naslovimo izzive podnebne krize, pripravili strateški razvojni načrt s katerim bomo bistveno pripomogli k razogljičenju slovenske energetike. Ker v tem vidimo edinstveno poslovno priložnost, načrtujemo do leta 2030 investirati več kot 1 milijardo evrov v naložbe v obnovljive vire, hranilnike energije, energetsko učinkovitost in digitalne platforme. Ob tem bomo ustvarili več kot 700 novih zelenih delovnih mest z visoko dodano vrednostjo nad 100 tisoč evrov na zaposlenega.

GEN-I že danes ni tipično energetsko podjetje. S prihajajočim investicijskim ciklom in popolno usmeritvijo v razogljičenje slovenske energetike postajamo vse bolj digitalno tehnološko podjetje in izstopamo iz okvirja tradicionalne energetske družbe. Za doseganje ambiciozne vizije zelene preobrazbe smo se zavezali pomembnim korakom v razvoju novih tehnoloških rešitev in zelenih storitev. Za uresničevanje zastavljenih načrtov bomo samo v naslednjih 12 mesecih zaposlili več kot 100 novih sodelavcev različnih disciplin: tehnikov, družboslovcev, humanistov in naravoslovcev. Krepili bomo multidisciplinarne ekipe strokovnjakov, ki bodo znale združevati nove tehnološke rešitve v energetiki z inovativnimi poslovnimi modeli in drugimi netehnološkimi inovacijami ter s tem zelene tehnologije približati ljudem.

Začenjamo pri sebi. Razogljičili bomo svoje lastno delovanje že do leta 2025. Delujemo kot vodilni promotor čim hitrejšega razogljičenja slovenske družbe. Ključna za nas sta pri tem digitalizacija vsega in trajnostna samooskrba. Iščemo nove sodelavce, ki z nami delijo vizijo trajnostne in brezogljične prihodnosti.

V letu 2022 bomo s 100 novimi sodelavci postopoma krepili področja delovanja zelenih storitev, trgovanja in maloprodaje. Z novimi kadri bomo podprli IT ekipe, ki razvijajo aplikacije, digitalizirajo poslovanje in skrbijo za učinkovito podporo našim delovnim procesom. Z izjemnimi trgovci bomo skrbeli, da se GEN-I razvija kot največji trgovec z energijo v Sloveniji in eden najpomembnejših na veleprodajnih energetskih trgih. Vemo, da se v podatkih skriva vrednost, ki nam omogoča boljše odločanje, zato bomo s podatkovnimi analitiki še naprej krepili sprejemanje podatkovno podprtih odločitev na vseh področjih poslovanja. V svoje vrste vabimo še strokovnjake na področju novih zelenih tehnologij in sončnih elektrarn, ki bodo skrbeli za področje samooskrbe, velike projekte, projektiranje in načrtovanje.

Glavni adut za razvoj GEN-I predstavljajo zaposleni. Ključno konkurenčno prednost in vrednost nosijo naši sodelavci, zato razvoj zaposlenih postavljamo na prvo mesto.
